Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at apppulsegroup.com and the mobile applications for iOS and Android, including unspun, Handy Hank and Suppertime(collectively, the “Services”), provided by App Pulse Group LLC (“App Pulse Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

App Pulse Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Content

Our apps use artificial intelligence to summarize, classify, identify and answer. This output is generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. It is a starting point for your own judgment, not a substitute for it. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on, and for any decision you make.

4. Home, Safety and Repair Guidance

Handy Hank provides general informational guidance about your home. It is not a licensed electrician, plumber, gas fitter, roofer, structural engineer, or home inspector, and it does not provide professional or engineering advice. Nothing in the app creates a professional relationship or a warranty of any kind.

  • Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, your local codes, and permit requirements. Codes vary by jurisdiction and the app may not reflect yours.
  • If you smell gas, suspect a carbon monoxide leak, or see fire or smoke, leave immediately and call emergency services and your utility. Do not use the app to decide whether to evacuate.
  • Work involving gas lines, service panels and live electrical circuits, structural elements, roofing, asbestos or significant mold should be performed by a qualified licensed professional.
  • You assume all risk arising from any physical work you choose to perform. If you are unsure, stop and hire a professional.

5. Food, Allergies and Dietary Information

Suppertime provides meal ideas, recipes and inventory tracking for convenience. It does not provide medical, nutritional or dietary advice.Always verify ingredients and allergen information on the actual product packaging before eating or serving food. Automated item recognition and shelf-life estimates can be inaccurate; use your own judgment on whether food is safe to eat, and follow standard food safety practice. If you have a food allergy or a medical dietary requirement, consult a qualified professional.

6. News and Third-Party Content

unspun aggregates and summarizes news content from third-party sources. We work to present this content neutrally and accurately, but we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any story or summary. News, photographs and other third-party content remain the property of their respective publishers, and are presented with attribution under applicable law.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases

  • Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, free trials and usage allowances are shown in the app before you purchase.
  • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play andrenew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial.
  • Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policies. We can raise a request on your behalf but cannot issue store refunds directly.
  • We may change prices or plan features on notice, effective at your next renewal.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.
  • Use the Services to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, their servers, or their networks.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Services without permission.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to share, or content depicting other people without their consent.
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits, entitlements, or safety features.

9. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos, documents and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process and analyze that content solely to operate the Services for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

10. Account & Security

If you create an account or add email recovery, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.

11. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, features, and trademarks (including “App Pulse Group”, “unspun”, “Handy Hank” and “Suppertime”), are owned by App Pulse Group LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Pulse Group disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All informational content in the Services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, medical, legal, financial, engineering, or construction advice.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Pulse Group LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any property damage, personal injury, or loss arising from or related to your use of the Services or your reliance on any output they produce. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months or one hundred United States dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold App Pulse Group harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. You may stop using the Services at any time.

16. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which App Pulse Group LLC is established, in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

18. Apple and Google

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no responsibility for the Services. They are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of an app obtained from their stores is also subject to that store’s terms.
